Local Rock and Crystal expert & saleswoman Jo King will be on hand to talk about stones, their properties and uses as well as offering a good selection for sale. Jo has a wide inventory and a deep understanding of the geology and metaphysics of Crystals. You may have seen her at the East Ridge Flea Market.

And Jeff Atkins, manual therapist will be next door from 5-8pm doing 15 minute Spinal Decompressions and Kinetic Tapping sessions for $20. For 20 years he has practiced and continues his study in various modalities of manual bodywork, including: Traditional Swedish and Russian Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuro Reset Therapy, Myofascia Release, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Kinnetic Tapping, and Comfort Touch Therapy. Me at my studio/office space on Dodds Avenue across from Barking Legs. I am seeing individuals at this beautiful location, doing my own art and facilitating groups. I am looking for people interested in healing codependency and relationship issues to join a newly-forming group. I also will have my own altar art, as well as examples from other religions and cultures, for sale. THURSDAY MORNING GROUP meets Thursday mornings from 10am-12:30 pm. This is an art therapy group for people in second stage recovery; people who are ready to discover and clear old patterns that no longer serve them. Participants use art methods, materials and assignments to work on family of origin issues, co-dependency, trauma clearing, boundaries, feelings etc in a safe and supportive environment. $50 group includes all materials. We are experiencing change! in each other's presence. Are you ready for some change?






FRIDAY MORNING GROUP meets Friday mornings from 10am - 12:30pm. This is an art therapy group for people in third stage recovery; people who have done therapy, survived devastating loss, found freedom from addictions and unhealthy relationships... and still want more. Participants use art methods, materials and assignments to explore transpersonal issues, esoteric and metaphysical topics, spirituality and meaning in a safe and supportive environment. $50 group includes all materials. 2016 Class Schedule

Classes are divided into different sessions throughout the year, and each session is comprised of six class meetings. Each session is offered during two different meeting times: Mondays from 11:30am-1pm or Wednesdays from 5:30-7pm.

We ask that participants please pick which day works best for their schedule for the duration of the session.

Session 7 – Making and Coloring Mandalas

During this session, participants will learn about this circular form of art, its meditative nature and explore art techniques to create their own personal mandala.

Monday class: October 24, 31 & November 7, 14, 21 – FULL!
Wednesday class: October 26 & November 2, 9, 16, 23
