Art and art making have been used by many cultures to create peaceful vibrations and to support a sense of well-being. Positive, up beat art can make an impact on a whole room or office. Creating art can also provide a sense of inner peace. Join artist/art therapist Jas Milam for this six week session devoted to using art to create inner and outer peace and tranquility. We will combine color theory, restful imagery and visualization to achieve the coolest, chilliest art ever.
