After studying the Myths and Beliefs of cultures worldwide, Joseph Campbell theorized that there was only “One Story”. He proposed that every great story- including our own- is a variation of The Hero’s Journey. As Campbell lays it out this template applies to any great story of the individual’s separation, initiation and reunification. Participants will be asked to recreate the “story” of their own initiation, quest, trials, helpers, rebirth and come to a new understanding of this MonoMyth in our own lives.
