Experience the connection between visualization, guided meditation and art making during this gentle two-part experience. Jas Milam will lead a relaxing guided meditation/visualization exercise. Following this inner journey. participants will have the opportunity to create a torn paper mandala recreating the experience. This finished mandala can serve as a map back to this safe place or a reminder that peace is within.
