Feel like you got something to say? Do you know what it is? Join artist/art therapist Jas Milam in this mixed media approach to self expression. Using LARGE paper, charcoal, acrylic paint, stencils, spray paint and chalk participants will engage in art making as a way to focus and refine their message. Consider this day long workshop a metaphorical “clearing of your throat” as you move through warm-up exercises, demonstration and plenty of hands on art making to clarify just what what it is you have to say. All levels welcome as you do not need to be an artist to benefit from this workshop. Plan on bringing food for a lunch break. Fridge and microwave onsite. SPACE IS LIMITED
